Reporting to an O2 Group Product Manager, this role partners closely with technology and business stakeholders to ensure platform stability, prioritize work effectively, and deliver high-quality, data-driven product solutions.

This role blends product ownership, Agile delivery, stakeholder partnership, and production support, with a strong focus on execution, communication, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with product and engineering leaders to define objectives, quarterly roadmaps, and proposals
  • Manage and prioritize the platform backlog, write requirements in JIRA/Rally, define acceptance criteria, and partner with technology on backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, scrum meetings, and technical enhancements
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple urgent projects while meeting deadlines
  • Complete technical certifications for internal and external production releases, including support outside regular business hours
  • Work effectively through ambiguity by analyzing business processes, flows, and pain points; using data-driven insights to evaluate options; and recommending practical solutions that support platform enhancements
  • Develop options, recommendations, and proposals for leadership review; facilitate cross-functional discussions; and communicate progress, impacts, and key decisions to stakeholders and impacted teams
