Full Job Description
Summary:

Responsible for the preparation of SEC financial reporting. Assistance with technical accounting research and work alongside Director, SEC Financial Reporting, and Technical Accounting.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the Quarterly and Annual Reports on Form 10-Q/K.
  • Prepare current reports on Form 8-K
  • Manage communications with external auditors.
  • Prepare the quarterly and annual Earnings Releases.
  • Ensure timely identification and compliance with the latest accounting guidance.
  • Assist in technical accounting research.
  • Prepare journal entries related to equity accounting, intercompany eliminations, and other related financial reporting entries.
  • Prepare flux analyses.
  • Maintain procedures to comply with internal control requirements.
  • Participate in other projects as required.


Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Accounting degree and CPA required.
  • Accounting professional with 7 to 9 years of experience in public accounting under GAAP. Experience in financial reporting and/or technical accounting is a plus.
  • Big 4 audit experience a plus.
  • Experience with general ledger systems. Experience with Oracle is a plus, but not required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and writing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
