The Opportunity
We have an immediate opportunity for a Finance Manager in our Columbus, OH Ross Park or Lake County, Abbott Park, IL location
What You'll Work On:
- Develop the financial plans/forecasts (including annual plans/RLBEs) for the ANRD and organization. Ensure accuracy of forecast, including gaiting of R&D expenses. Prepare schedules for corporate submissions and forecast review meetings.
- Produce a meaningful and accurate forecast. Communicate forecast assumptions and analysis to finance leadership and ANRD and ANRA partners.
- Analyze monthly financial results, including comparisons against Plan/RLBE/PY.
- Provide financial support, recommendations and insight to ANRD and partners and the Finance organization as it relates to project budgets and eligibility of R&D expenses.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess reasonableness and relevance of financial assumptions by highlighting risks and opportunities associated with financial forecasts
Required Qualifications: (Please add 3-4)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 5-7 Years of Experience in finance or accounting role
- Excellent analytical and communication skills as the role interacts with multiple levels of the organization and fills in for ANRD Controller when unavailable
- Self starter and highly motivated; ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong PC/system skills, experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Planview and SAP expertise is desirable.
- Critical thinking skills to identify and share business implications of financial results
- Proven leadership skills and demonstrate the ability to complete assignments involving all levels of management

The base pay for this position is
$99,300.00 6,198,700.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
