Full Job Description
The Manager, Finance - League Corporate supports financial planning and analysis activities for various league departments including Marketing, Player Health & Innovation, Government Affairs, and Public Relations. This role leads the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans while providing financial insights that guide strategic and operational decisions. The position partners closely with functional and business leaders to ensure financial transparency, accuracy, and alignment with League Operations' broader objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans for various league operational departments.
  • Provide financial analysis and performance reporting to inform leadership decisions across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate for Global Accounting to understand variances across the period end close cycles.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure financial targets and resources are aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate initiatives and investments across supported functions.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in planning processes, data inputs, and reporting deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners-including Strategy, HR, and Shared Services-to streamline forecasting and reporting workflows.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance data quality, automation, and efficiency within FP&A.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of finance and/or accounting work experience related to budgeting, forecasting, analytical and problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Salary / Pay Range
