Job Summary
The Field Sales Operations Manager leads the operational strategy and support functions that enable regional field sales teams to perform effectively. This role oversees a team responsible for channel operations, process management, strategic programs, field support, and employee experience across Direct Sales and Communities.
Serving as a key connection point between field teams, regional leadership, and headquarters partners, the manager ensures priorities are translated into clear processes, actionable resources, and consistent execution. The role champions continuous improvement, supports the successful implementation of pilots and programs, elevates field feedback, and promotes a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and prioritization for the Field Sales Operations team, ensuring resources are aligned to the most critical channel and business needs.
- Oversee operational support for Direct Sales and Communities, creating consistency across programs, processes, and field execution.
- Lead the development and implementation of processes, tools, job aids, and training that improve operational effectiveness and strengthen field readiness.
- Guide the execution of strategic initiatives, pilots, field programs, and special projects, ensuring clear ownership, effective coordination, and timely issue resolution.
- Establish effective reporting and analytics practices that help evaluate program performance, identify opportunities, and inform leadership decisions.
- Oversee field support and escalation management, helping remove operational barriers and ensuring recurring issues are addressed through sustainable solutions.
- Build strong partnerships across field leadership, regional teams, and headquarters functions to align priorities, communicate field needs, and improve execution.
- Represent the voice of the region by gathering feedback, identifying emerging needs, and elevating recommendations with clarity, urgency, and ownership.
- Foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture that balances responsive channel support with appropriate governance, controls, and operational discipline.
- Maintains current information on Comcast products, services, equipment, and marketing promotions.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Compensation
Colorado Pay Range: $112,349.86 - $168,524.80
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
