We are searching for the best talent for Manager, Field Sales Network, onsite location in one of our Southeast United States locations (Miami, Orlando, St. Pete, Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh)
Purpose:
The Manager, Field Sales Network (FSN) – Southeast Region is responsible for leading the operational performance of multiple FSN sites across a multi-state region. This role oversees site-level leadership, drives standardized execution of supply chain and field inventory processes, and ensures high service levels in support of the field sales organization.
The position serves as a critical link between Field Sales, Operations, and cross-functional partners to deliver operational excellence, inventory visibility, and effective resource utilization.
You will be responsible for:
Regional Leadership & Execution
Lead and oversee multiple FSN locations across the Southeast region.
Ensure consistent execution of operational processes, standard work, and compliance requirements across all sites.
Provide direction and support to Site Leads to enable consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Address operational challenges and remove barriers to execution at the site level.
Performance Management & Analytics
Own regional performance across key operational metrics, including service levels, inventory accuracy, and audit readiness.
Monitor site performance through standardized reporting, analytics, and KPI frameworks.
Drive accountability through regular performance reviews and action planning with Site Leads.
Identify performance trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement
Drive adherence to standardized FSN processes and operating models across all sites.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, inventory utilization, and service performance.
Support implementation of new tools, system enhancements, and network-wide operational initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Talent Management & Development
Lead, develop, and coach Site Leads and their teams to achieve operational and performance goals.
Conduct regular performance and development discussions with direct reports.
Partner with Human Resources and leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning.
Ensure team members are trained and compliant with required operational and quality standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner closely with Regional Sales Leadership to align FSN operations with customer and business needs.
Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional partners, including Commercial Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
Support field-facing initiatives by translating operational capabilities into commercial value.
Communication & Engagement
Establish and maintain consistent communication cadences with Site Leads and key stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on regional performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
Drive engagement through team forums, leadership calls, and collaborative planning sessions.
Compliance, Quality & Audit
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
Maintain audit readiness across all sites and lead corrective actions where necessary.
Partner with Commercial Quality to support inspections and continuous compliance improvement.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, including direct or indirect team management
Preferred
Experience managing multi-site or regional operations
Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated environments
Strong background in performance management and operational analytics

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
