Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production and supply chain operations to meet operational targets.
  • Ensure adherence to production plans, service levels, and customer deliveries.
  • Coordinate Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Logistics, and Manufacturing areas.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (OTD, Inventory, Cost, Productivity, Safety).
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives, Lean practices, and process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, compliance standards, and quality measures.
  • Manage operational budgets and control costs.
  • Develop and lead the operations and supply chain team.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management areas.

Descripción del Puesto

Responsable de liderar y coordinar las operaciones de Supply Chain y Manufactura, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, entrega, costo y productividad. Dirige la ejecución de los planes operativos, optimiza procesos de la cadena de suministro y asegura la alineación con los lineamientos corporativos y las necesidades del negocio.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Liderar las operaciones diarias de producción y supply chain para cumplir con los objetivos operativos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de planes de producción, niveles de servicio y entregas a cliente.
  • Coordinar áreas de Planeación, Compras, Almacenes, Logística y Manufactura.
  • Monitorear y analizar indicadores clave (OTD, Inventory, Cost, Productivity, Safety).
  • Implementar iniciativas de mejora continua, Lean y optimización de procesos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas corporativas, compliance y estándares de calidad.
  • Gestionar presupuestos operativos y control de costos.
  • Desarrollar y liderar al equipo de operaciones y supply chain.
  • Colaborar con áreas de Calidad, Ingeniería, Finanzas y Program Management.

Educación

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Logística, Supply Chain o carrera afín.
  • Deseable Maestría o certificaciones en Supply Chain / Lean / Six Sigma.

Experiencia

  • 7 a 10 años de experiencia en operaciones y supply chain en entorno de manufactura o maquiladora.
  • Experiencia comprobable liderando equipos multidisciplinarios.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Planeación de producción y Supply Chain Management.
  • Control de inventarios, logística y distribución.
  • Lean Manufacturing, mejora continua y gestión de KPIs.
  • ERP (preferentemente SAP).
  • Gestión de costos, presupuestos y cumplimiento.

Idiomas

  • Inglés avanzado
