Manager, Fashion Strategy

About the role:

Driven by a curious and collaborative spirit, the Fashion Strategy team unifies and guides teams in the formulation and execution of key strategies and initiatives, nourishes the organization with an understanding of internal and external dynamics, and synthesizes the activities andobjectivesof the division through rich storytelling. This role is uniquely positioned to support the team with strategic analysis and communication to leadership and teams across the division. With the cross-functional nature of this position you will play a key role in helping to build strong relationships with a broad range of teams across the organization and unifying theobjectivesacross projects. The role will reportintotheSeniorGroup Director, Fashion Strategy.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

  • Fashion Division Governance & Leadership Cadence: Coordinate the governance, includingcalendar, agendas, and materials for key leadership forums; manage the Fashion Division Priorities Tracker; ensure clear followthrough and leadership visibility.

  • Executive Communication & Strategic Storytelling:Support the development ofexecutiveready strategic decks(Budget, MTP, Country Review), talking points, and narratives; translate complex analysis into clear, concise storytelling for senior audiences.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration & Project Management: Act as a strategic thought partner across functions; manage crossfunctional initiatives, action planning, and delivery cadenceand milestones.

Compensation:

  • Theanticipatedbase salary range for this position is$70,000 through $128,000. Base salary is onecomponentof the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits,and/orperks.
