What You Will Do- Lead and develop a team of hands-on security architects, fostering a high-performance culture built on technical excellence, accountability, and continuous growth.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1's and formal reviews, and provide ongoing coaching to develop team members to unlock their full potential.
- Hold the team to a high quality bar on all deliverables, ensuring that outputs are accurate, well-reasoned and calibrated to the audience, whether that's an engineering team or executive leadership.
- Own the enterprise security roadmap, aligning security initiatives with business priorities, organizational risk tolerance, and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the emerging technology landscape for security implications, translating developments into actionable paved paths and architectural patterns that keep our organization ahead of new threats and compliance obligations.
What You Need to Succeed- 5 + years of experience working in security architecture or related fields, with at least 2+ years in a people management role.
- A delivery focused mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a hyper growth environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
- Comfort navigating the tradeoffs between ideal security and what is practical, always prioritizing progress over perfection solutions.
- A solid technical foundation across a broad range of security domains, including: identity and access management, infrastructure security, product security, etc.
- Hands-on development experience across multiple programming languages, with the ability to engage credibly in technical discussion and adapt quickly to new technologies as needed.
What Helps You Stand Out- Experience operating within healthcare or another highly regulated industry, with practical, hands on knowledge of applying HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, and FedRAMP.

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:
$188,000-$230,000 USD
