The Manager, Enterprise AI Reporting is responsible for defining, producing, and continuously improving enterprise AI reporting capabilities. This role develops executive dashboards, portfolio reporting, adoption metrics, value realization measures, and governance insights that provide transparency into the AI portfolio and help leadership understand progress, benefits, and areas requiring attention.

This role combines analytics, portfolio discipline, stakeholder management, and executive communication. The role may lead direct reports over time and will work closely with business, technology, finance, governance, and delivery teams.

What you will do
  • Define and maintain enterprise AI reporting standards, data definitions, reporting cadence, and management reporting practices.
  • Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio reporting for senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Track AI adoption, utilization, delivery progress, benefits realization, risk indicators, and operational performance across the AI portfolio.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to define measurable outcomes for AI initiatives and translate those outcomes into reporting metrics.
  • Consolidate information across AI projects, products, platforms, use cases, and foundational capabilities.
  • Create concise insights and narratives that explain progress, value, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.
  • Support AI governance by providing reporting on intake, risk classification, controls, approvals, lifecycle status, and remediation actions where applicable.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Technology, Data, Risk, and business partners to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve AI portfolio performance and value realization.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.


What you will bring
  • Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 or more years of experience in reporting, analytics, portfolio management, business intelligence, strategy, or value realization.
  • Experience creating executive level dashboards, management reporting, scorecards, and performance narratives.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to connect data, business outcomes, delivery progress, and executive decision making.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, data models, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
  • Ability to translate technical and portfolio information into concise, leadership ready insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across business, technology, finance, and governance teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, data quality, and reporting discipline.
  • Familiarity with AI, digital transformation, technology portfolios, or product delivery is preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is an asset.


The base salary for this position is between $96,200 - $146,200 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
