  • Experience managing high-volume, multi-channel service operations in a unionized or policy-governed environment, including policy implementation, resource planning, and service delivery oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, resolve workplace issues, and maintain a high standard of client service.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, employees, senior leaders, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data, metrics, and business processes to support decision-making, service improvement, and operational planning.
  • Experience leading service, process, or technology improvement initiatives, including change management and continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience with academic advising, student progression, retention, or early-intervention services, or transferable experience in a comparable setting.
  • Proficiency with enterprise systems and reporting tools, including CRM, Student Information Systems, queue management technologies, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and related platforms.
