Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities - Work closely with Product and Platform Owners, Quality Assurance, and other teams in an agile environment to build, deploy and maintain software systems
- Design solutions with a focus on performance and maintainability
- Measure and evaluate features and system metrics to continuously improve user experience and service performance
- Grow and inspire a team of engineers through a combination of coaching, mentoring, feedback and career development
- Cultivate a healthy, collaborative engineering culture that9s in line with our values.
- Make recommendations on future technical architecture for software, platform, integrations and tools
- Document technical and integration architectures
- Work collaboratively to help define and execute team roadmaps
Education and/or Experience - Bachelor9s Degree in relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of professional development experience, and 2+ years of recent experience managing or leading an engineering team
- Experience working in agile development environment
- Deep understanding of software and development engineering principles and concepts
- Deep technical skills in one or more of the following areas: JavaScript development, SQL development, MSSQL, Postgres, AWS, CI/CD, Mulesoft, Salesforce
Skills/Specialized Knowledge - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Exhibit sound judgment and swift decision-making skills
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy

Other Requirements Physical and Mental Demands This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is: $120,000.00 - $208,000.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual9s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
