Job DescriptionReporting to the Senior Manager Emergency Services at PRMCE, the Manager Emergency Services supports the operations and leadership of the PRMCE Emergency Services. Responsible for resource management, customer relations and operational standards. Manages shift operations of the Emergency Department and performs as or supervises designated trauma nurse coordinator. Partners with Clinical and Medical Directors of Emergency Services to develop program and fiscal planning for the services. Collaborates to develop integrated delivery system for Emergency Services and seamless patient care plan.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years relevant clinical experience
- Sufficient and progressively responsible management experience in Acute Care setting
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration
