OverviewThe Education Manager is a hands-on supervisor who coaches and develops a team of Instructors. This role will focus on having a positive impact on student enrollments, retention and profitability while fostering teamwork and ensuring the highest standard and consistent education delivery.

Responsibilities- Inspire and Educate: Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students can flourish, fostering their passion for electrical components while imparting your expert knowledge.
- Hands-On Training: Lead by example and provide practical demonstrations, ensuring students gain real-world experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various systems.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones that align with industry trends and advancements.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor students on their individual projects, encouraging them to think critically and find innovative solutions.
- Safety First: Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment for student
QualificationsEducation / Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- UTI - Lisle only: ASE's for course(s) to be taught, or Master Certification for course(s) to be taught, or post-secondary education credential from UTI or similar credential to what UTI confers, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree, and valid High School diploma or GED.
- 5 years prior teaching and/or management experience

- Must be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
- Must be able to use a keyboard and do manual tasks for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
- May required occasional overnight travel.
Work Environment- Work is performed indoors in a climate controlled environment.
- Work is performed occasionally outdoors
- Work is infrequently performed near moving mechanical parts
- Short periods of limited exposure to non-hazardous levels of dust, light welding fumes or airborne particles.
