Job Summary
The Orange County Department of Education is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable professional to serve as Manager, Educational Services. This leadership position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a range of educational, career-connected learning, and workforce development initiatives within the Educational Services Division. The Manager will ensure program alignment with organizational goals, build effective partnerships with school districts, higher education, employers, workforce, and community agencies, manage budgets, and lead a team of dedicated staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative experience, knowledge of educational systems and workforce partnerships, and a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders to support student success and career readiness.
This position is grant-funded until June 30, 2029. Funding will be reviewed prior to the end of the grant period, and the position may be extended based on the availability of continued funding.
