Job SummaryYour CareerAs a Prisma AIRS business unit aligned Domain Consultant Manager for AI Security, you lead and develop a team of Domain Consultants who provide technical expertise and guidance in securing customers' end to end AI adoption. You set the technical strategy and enablement direction for your team, ensuring they define technical solutions that secure customers' AI controlled autonomous agents, applications, and enterprise data. You act as a force multiplier-coaching, hiring, and empowering your team while partnering with sales leadership to evangelize our industry leadership in AI security by means of securing AI traffic, AI supply chain, and AI governance.
Your Impact- Lead & Develop the Team: Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Domain Consultants; provide mentorship, career development, and technical enablement that scales their impact in the field.
- Drive Technical Wins at Scale: Set the strategy and standards for hands-on Proof of Value (PoV) and technical validation engagements across the team, removing obstacles and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.
- Partner with Sales Leadership: Align technical resources to theater and regional sales priorities, forecast technical wins, and drive pipeline and revenue in close partnership with sales management.
- Influence the Product Roadmap: Aggregate real-world field feedback across your team and partner directly with Product Management and Engineering to channel it into future releases of Prisma AIRS.
- Thought Leadership & Competitive Strategy: Guide discussions on emerging AI threats and model vulnerabilities, lead RFx strategy, and confidently position Prisma AIRS against market alternatives at field events.
Qualifications Your Experience- 8+ years of pre-sales or solutions experience in AI Security, Cloud Security, Application/API Security, or DevSecOps, including 2+ years in a people-leadership or team-lead capacity.
- People Leadership: Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop technical pre-sales talent and build high-performing, collaborative teams.
- Hands-on AI Technical Depth: Strong working knowledge of LLM APIs, scripting, and agentic workflows across cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, K8s) and REST APIs-sufficient to guide and validate the team's technical work.
- Domain Expertise in AI Security: Deep knowledge of AI Runtime Security, Generative AI risks (Prompt Injection, Goal Hijacking), AI Agent/MCP governance, and AI-focused Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
- Business & Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success partnering with sales leadership to build pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive complex enterprise deals to close.
- Executive Storytelling & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to translate complex AI architectures (RAG, agentic workflows, model orchestration) into clear business outcomes for C-level executives and technical practitioners alike.
- Field Readiness: Willingness to travel as needed for key in-person customer meetings, team engagements, and field events.
- Proficient in English.
Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
