Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Digital Strategy located in New Brunswick, NJ, with considerations given to Jacksonville, FL.
Position Summary
The Manager, GSO Digital Strategy will aid the development and execution of the digital transformation roadmap across the Global Sustainability Organization (GSO). This role will be pivotal in leading the execution of Digital and Data Governance in GSO, including developing prioritization procedures and practices. This role will shape the future of GSO by integrating technology, data, and innovation to drive operational excellence, enhance employee experience, and deliver strategic business outcomes.
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
Digital Strategy:
- Support the development and ongoing refinement of the E&PS digital strategy to align with enterprise objectives, under direction from senior leaders.
- Collaborate with JJT and enterprise teams to help ensure digital solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements; prepare materials for technical and compliance reviews.
Project Delivery:
- Coordinate and assist digital initiatives across GSO, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, managing routine communications, contracts tracking, and sourcing support to accelerate digital initiatives.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by coordinating workshops, hackathons, and continuous improvement activities; capture lessons learned and adoption feedback.
Data & Digital Governance:
- Maintain and operationalize a connected digital ecosystem by supporting platform integrations, API coordination, and vendor engagements.
- Assist in building and maintaining the data foundation (data ingestion, metadata, lineage, and quality checks) in partnership with data engineers and architects.
- Implement and monitor data and digital governance processes and documentation to support adherence to FAIR principles and internal standards; escalate policy issues as needed.
Analytics & Process Improvement:
- Support the identification, scoping, and piloting of AI, advanced analytics, and automation use-cases; track pilot outcomes and help prepare recommendations for scaling.
- Collect and analyze digital maturity through performance metrics; prepare dashboards, status reports, and briefing materials for governance councils and senior stakeholders to support investment prioritization.
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business technology or equivalent field
Required Years of Related Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant (EHS&S) experience is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
