We are growing our team and looking for a Manager, Digital Product - Hybrid Visits to support the development, and expansion of our Hybrid Delivery Model. This model pairs in-home clinical associates with virtual clinicians to deliver accessible, efficient and cost effective care to health plan members.

  • Operational Reliability & Scaling: Identify and resolve failure points in real-world execution improving reliability, member and clinician experience, and overall visit performance.
  • Workflow & Systems Integration: Work across multiple systems and domains to ensure seamless flow from targeting and scheduling through completion and post-visit workflows.
  • Metrics & Performance Ownership: Define, monitor and communicate key operational and product performance metrics to support continuous improvement, cross-functional alignment and scaling decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders - including product, clinical, operations, finance, client success, and sales teams - to align on goals, capture feedback, and support decision-making processes.
  • Development of Clinician Network: You will partner closely with stakeholders to establish a network of lower licensure clinicians to support the Hybrid Delivery Model.
  • User & Stakeholder Feedback Integration: Partner with clinicians, operations teams, client success, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, identify workflow pain points, and translate operational learnings into prioritized product and process improvements.
