Position SummaryThis Technical Product Manager sits between business stakeholders and engineering, taking validated requirements from the Business Analyst and converting them into executable implementation plans. You will own the "how" and the "when" - deciding sequencing, weighing build-vs-configure
trade-offs, partnering with engineers on architectural decisions, and managing the backlog end-to-end. You are accountable for features shipping correctly, on time, and with the operational guardrails (access controls, rollout staging, auditability) that healthcare-grade systems require.
Required Qualifications- Demonstrated experience authoring implementation plans that engineering teams execute against - covering scope, sequencing, dependencies, and rollout strategy
- Proven ability to solution alongside engineers: evaluate technical options, weigh build-vs-configure decisions, and make defensible calls on architecture trade-offs
- Track record owning a product backlog end-to-end - writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, prioritizing across competing stakeholder asks, and pushing back when scope or sequencing doesn't make sense
- Working knowledge of cloud data platforms (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure equivalent acceptable) sufficient to reason about pipeline architectures, API design, database trade-offs, and deployment patterns
- Experience driving delivery of UI products where the end user is a technical operator - configuration tools, admin dashboards, or internal tooling
- Demonstrated experience shipping features that involve role-based access, staged or gated rollouts, approval/review workflows, and audit requirements
Preferred Qualifications- Healthcare or health-tech delivery experience, including any of: clinical data, risk adjustment, claims, or regulated workflows
- Direct GCP experience (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI, or comparable services)
- Prior experience working in a paired BA/TPM model, or as the technical counterpart to a business-facing product owner
- Familiarity with API contract design, event-driven architectures, or data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dataflow)
- Exposure to compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare data (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2)
EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
