This role leads the Planning & Analytics function, providing strategic direction, organizational leadership, and governance for reporting, analytics, data engineering, and decision-support capabilities.

The position owns the vision, standards, and roadmap for OFC reporting and analytics, including Power BI, Databricks, KPI governance, scenario modeling, and planning analytics.

The role establishes standardized processes for intake, prioritization, development, and deployment of analytics solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise, DMO, and OCS Planning & Analytics standards. The Manager leads a team of analytics and data engineering professionals and serves as the primary business owner for transforming OFC data into actionable insights that improve operational performance, decision quality, and business outcomes. The function will initially focus on reporting, Databricks, and planning analytics capabilities while building the foundation for future AI, machine learning, and Copilot-enabled solutions.

Key Accountabilities

1. Develop and Execute the OFC Analytics Vision

Establish and lead the multi-year strategy for planning, reporting, analytics, and data enablement across OFC Supply Chain

Partner with operational leaders, SIOP teams, PSCMs, DMO, OCS Planning & Analytics, and Digital Products & Platforms to define business priorities, identify capability gaps, and create a roadmap that enables scalable decision support across the organization.

Ensure analytics investments align with OFC growth, cost, risk, and operational objectives

2. Lead Reporting Governance and Analytics Standards

Serve as the governance authority for OFC reporting and business intelligence solutions

Develop and maintain standards for Power BI architecture, report development, KPI design, workspace management, security, documentation, testing, deployment, and support

Establish consistent user experience across all reporting platforms and ensure analytics solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards

Drive reporting simplification through KPI standardization and retirement of redundant solutions

Create and manage a global intake and prioritization process for analytics, reporting, and planning requests

Serve as the owner for Reporting-related entries within the OFC Digital Priority List (DPL), ensuring requests are evaluated, prioritized, governed, and resourced consistently

Balance operational support requirements with transformational analytics initiatives while aligning demand to available capacity and business value

4. Lead Data Engineering and Databricks Enablement

Provide leadership and direction for data engineering resources supporting OFC analytics initiatives

Establish standards and governance for Bronze, Silver, and Gold data structures within Databricks while ensuring data quality, scalability, and reusability across reporting solutions

Drive modernization of analytics architecture and promote use of governed enterprise data assets rather than localized data extracts or spreadsheets

Build a sustainable foundation capable of supporting future advanced analytics and AI initiatives

5. Build Organizational Capability and Deliver Business Value

Lead, develop, and mentor a team of reporting analysts, Power BI developers, and data engineers across the organization

Establish the Planning & Analytics team as the center of excellence for analytics, reporting, KPI design, and planning support

Promote adoption of best practices in data visualization, business intelligence, scenario modeling, and analytical storytelling

Define measurable business outcomes, track value realization, and ensure delivered solutions drive sustained operational improvements
