Full Job Description
Role Summary:

The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for defining and leading Flowserve's enterprise digital marketing strategy, governance, and performance across digital channels, platforms, content, analytics, and campaign enablement. This role owns the digital marketing roadmap and operating model, ensuring Flowserve's digital ecosystem supports growth, improves customer experience, strengthens marketing effectiveness, and advances enterprise marketing capabilities. The role partners closely with business marketing, sales, communications, IT, and external partners to translate business priorities into scalable digital programs, integrated campaigns, and measurable commercial outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Manager serves as the voice of digital marketing and represents the function on the Marketing Leadership Team. This role leads a small, high-performing digital marketing team while also serving as a strategic operator on critical enterprise initiatives involving website performance, marketing technology, analytics, campaign execution, compliance, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead Flowserve's enterprise digital marketing strategy across website, digital campaigns, content governance, marketing analytics, and digital experience capabilities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and growth objectives.


  • Own the digital marketing roadmap, governance model, and investment priorities to continuously improve platform performance, campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and operational scalability.


  • Lead and develop the digital marketing team, setting priorities, building capability, establishing accountability, and driving adoption of best practices across digital operations, campaign execution, reporting, and content governance.


  • Responsible for Flowserve.com and related digital platforms, ensuring a consistent, high-quality audience experience through strong governance, UX optimization, SEO discipline, performance management, and compliance oversight.


  • Direct Flowserve's digital marketing analytics and tracking strategy, including tagging frameworks, campaign measurement standards, dashboarding, and integration with CRM and marketing automation systems to enable actionable performance insights and closed-loop measurement.


  • Translate digital and marketing performance data into executive insights and recommendations that improve campaign design, audience targeting, lead quality, conversion, and marketing resource allocation.


  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Communications, and business marketing teams to enable digital initiatives that improve customer experience, strengthen lead management, support campaign execution, and maintain regulatory and privacy compliance.


  • Lead digital transformation initiatives involving marketing technology, web enhancement, campaign workflows, lead handoff, analytics maturity, and digital operating processes across the enterprise. This builds directly on the role's current integration, governance, and operational responsibilities.


  • Manage agencies, technology partners, and external vendors to ensure quality execution, platform effectiveness, cost efficiency, and alignment with Flowserve standards and business goals.


  • Establish and maintain enterprise standards for digital content, campaign execution, tracking, taxonomy, governance, and platform usage to improve consistency, efficiency, and compliance.


  • Act as a senior advisor to marketing leadership on how digital capabilities can better support product launches, tradeshows, demand generation, sales enablement, and customer engagement programs.


  • Represent digital marketing on the Marketing Leadership Team, providing strategic guidance on digital priorities, performance trends, capability gaps, investment opportunities, and organizational readiness.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing and digital marketing.


  • Demonstrated experience leading people and driving organizational transformation.


  • Deep hands-on expertise across CMS, DAM, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, campaign tracking, and digital performance reporting environments.


  • Strong experience integrating marketing technologies and data to enable lead management, closed-loop measurement, and cross-channel optimization.


  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets for web, analytics, advertising, and content library responsibilities.


  • Proven ability to lead enterprise website governance, SEO, site architecture, metadata strategy, and conversion-focused digital experiences.


  • Experience managing digital campaign measurement, attribution, paid media performance, and optimization across channels including search, display, social, and webinars.


  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, IT, Legal, and other leadership teams.


  • Experience managing agencies, technology vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams in a matrixed global organization.


  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
