JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support strategic digital analytics for the Growth department, partnering with eCommerce and Growth Marketing to develop insights that inform business strategy, investment priorities, customer experience improvements, and revenue growth.
  • Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks that uncover performance drivers, growth opportunities, customer friction, and recommended actions-not just report on historical results.
  • Partner with eCommerce, Growth Marketing, merchandising, product, technology, finance, and leadership teams to define measurement plans, shape business priorities, and ensure analytics are embedded early in planning.
  • Manage analytics requirements for site experience enhancements, platform changes, campaign tracking, media and marketing initiatives, and broader digital transformation work across the Growth department.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support A/B testing and personalization data capture and measurement.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting that do more than surface metrics-they clarify what matters, why performance is changing, and where teams should take action.
  • Analyze traffic, conversion, engagement, revenue, margin, promotional activity, customer behavior, channel performance, and campaign effectiveness to proactively identify growth opportunities and areas of friction.
  • Ensure measurement accuracy by partnering with technology and implementation teams on tagging, dataLayer strategy, event tracking, QA, and analytics validation.
  • Deliver leadership-ready insights and recommendations that clearly communicate what happened, why it happened, and what actions should be taken next.
  • Act as a business-facing analytics partner who actively challenges assumptions, frames tradeoffs, and brings forward data-backed recommendations to influence eCommerce and marketing strategy.
  • Fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, curiosity, accuracy, and business partnership.
  • Contribute to scalable analytics processes, documentation, governance standards, and best practices that improve reporting consistency and stakeholder trust.
