Full Job Description
As a Manager, Bravo Development, you will be responsible for supporting NBCUniversal's Bravo Development team in the creation and execution of brand partnerships, which includes the development of sales marketing materials, ideation of creative solutions and proposals, execution of cross-platform activations with post campaign recaps, and general project management. This position reports to the Senior Director within the Development, Bravo team. Duties and Responsibilities • Assist and lead the development and execution of full funnel marketing strategies and creative solutions for Bravo partnerships, including in-show integrations, custom content campaigns, paid social campaigns and in-show billboards, and potential experiential activations • Develop ideas for RFP responses that leverage Bravo IP and talent across all platforms (in-show, social, digital, streaming, social, etc.) both strategically and creatively, to drive consumer impact and engagement and deliver on advertisers KPIs • Work with Sales and Sales Enablement teams to identify partnership opportunities and represent Creative Partnerships in pre- and post-sale presentations with clients • Cultivate a collaborative working relationship with contacts on Bravo Network side (programming, talent relations, brand marketing, social teams) and show partners to develop and execute sponsorship opportunities • Inspire and inform internal teams about partnerships, go-to-marketing offerings, and competitive intel • Present opportunities and concepts to clients and agency counterparts, as well as oversee the client relationship relative to all marketing elements • Brief internal teams on advertiser campaign objectives and participate in creative ideation within brainstorm sessions • Manage the post-sale activation process, inclusive of (but not limited to) leading client communications, updating activation trackers and timelines, sharing creative deliverables, overseeing budgets, and collecting live links, screenshots, etc. • Creative external-facing activation materials for client meetings and general creative updates, including KOC decks, activation trackers, etc. • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to help impact and define future initiatives • Stay attuned to industry trends and emerging platforms that can further enhance campaign effectiveness • Support contract development, such as Brand Integration Agreements, working with Legal and BA to facilitate Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience in marketing or ad sales at agency, client, media or production company or highly related experience • Demonstrated track record of success in translating advertiser objectives into high profile integrated marketing or branded content campaigns, from creative problem-solving through flawless execution • Ability to operate independently, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead communications with internal cross-functional teams and external clients • Skilled in PowerPoint and other MS Office programs - Outlook/Word/Excel/SharePoint • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, including presentation skills • Enthusiasm for Bravo and pop culture Salary range: $90,000- $110,000 + sales incentive compensation eligible Additional Information As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
