Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) is committed to delivering an exceptional ownership experience throughout the full vehicle lifecycle. We are seeking a Manager, Dealer Digital Strategy, to lead our 3rd party partnership strategy.

In this role, you will move Ford from a landscape of fragmented tools to a trusted ecosystem. • Lead the strategy to transition dealers from fragmented 3rd party tools to a Ford-vetted ecosystem, focusing initially on Video Check and AI Lead Management capabilities.
  • Conduct deep-market research to identify best-in-class providers that fill gaps between Ford-built products and existing dealer needs.
  • Act as a consultant to dealers, providing tailored, tech-stack-specific guidance (based on their specific DMS and Scheduler) to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
  • Identify and implement service capabilities that drive RO growth and reduce RO duration throughout the customer service journey.
  • Work with technical teams to build governed data pipelines and 2-way integrations with vetted partners, defining clear guardrails for data sharing and measurement.
  • Benchmark and negotiate with 3rd party vendors on behalf of the dealer network to ensure best-in-class pricing and service levels.
  • Collaborate with regional leads and dealer partners to pilot initiatives, ensuring Ford-approved tools fit within the reality of dealership operations.

Qualifications

You'll have...

Minimum
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • 3+ years of experience in 3rd party partnership management or strategic sourcing within the technology space.
  • 3+ years of experience conducting customer and dealer research to inform strategic technology decisions.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or working with DMS (Dealer Management System) and Service Scheduler integrations.
  • Proven experience taking a "guide and scale" strategy from conception through successful network-wide implementation.
