Full Job Description
The Manager, DealCloud Delivery is a services leader within Intapp's DealCloud business unit, responsible for overseeing client implementations for the Legal segment. This role combines team leadership, delivery governance, and commercial support for the Services Sales team, ensuring high-quality outcomes across a portfolio of client engagements.

What you will do:
  • Own the overall execution and delivery quality of a portfolio of client implementations, including resource staffing, resource forecasting, project budgets/profitability, and delivery team efficiency.
  • Directly manage a team of Senior Consultants, Consultants, and Associate Consultants responsible for implementation delivery to clients, providing guidance on their development and performance management, and owning their mentorship and professional growth.
  • Conduct weekly tactical check-ins with direct reports and key resources to surface project/client risks and personnel concerns within your portfolio.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on key accounts, financial metrics, client escalations, and personnel updates, and ensure project data is accurately maintained in the internal CRM system.
  • Build relationships with other Intapp client-facing teams (Client Success, Technical Services, Account Management, Product Support, Sales) to ensure a high-quality client experience, and with internal teams (Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance) to support hiring, reporting, and professional development.
  • Coordinate with other services team leaders (Engagement Management, Technical Services, Data) and regional Delivery Managers on large-scale or complex deliveries, and drive ongoing process improvement and methodology initiatives.
  • Serve as a senior resource providing oversight across all Intapp resources on a project, attending key meetings to provide guidance and direction, and staying closely aligned with Engagement Managers on activities, timelines, and risks.
  • Support the development of methodologies and processes in response to product evolution, team/engagement model changes, and lessons learned from completed projects, to continuously improve delivery expertise, quality, and efficiency.
  • Partner with project teams and Segment Leads/Account Managers to generate and position change orders when additional budget is required for an implementation.
  • Continuously review scoping accuracy and provide feedback to Sales/Segment Lead teams, ensure smooth knowledge transfer from Sales to Services Delivery on SOWs, and manage Services Delivery team bandwidth to support scoping activities.

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting/professional services, including 2+ years in a management role.
  • Prior success within a law firm or professional services organization, with project, portfolio, or program management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, strong business and analytical acumen, proven success delivering complex project implementations, hands-on operational experience, and strong leadership credentials.
  • Results-oriented, highly motivated, positive, and entrepreneurial, with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically to solve complex problems, with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly collaborative and flexible, able to adapt easily to changing or evolving role requirements.
  • Experience working with C-level client executives to deliver solutions.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization, including with leadership.
