Job Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages analytics engagements supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions.
  • Structures engagements and staffing models to support pre-close planning, post-close execution, and operational readiness.
  • Leads client workshops and working sessions to validate deal thesis, investment objectives, and value drivers.
  • Applies deep understanding of transaction planning, synergy assessment, and execution considerations.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to deliver integrated, value-focused analytics solutions.
  • Manages engagement delivery, economics, and client relationships.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or technology.
  • 6–11 years of experience.
  • Strong program and project management capabilities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting private equity or corporate transaction clients.
  • Functional experience in finance, HR, IT, or operations.
  • Consulting or professional services background.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $126,500 - $254,700

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
