This role is responsible for managing data engineering teams, architecting scalable data warehouse solutions, and enabling business intelligence, reporting, and advanced analytics across the organization.

- Define and execute enterprise data warehouse and data engineering strategy.
- Design and maintain enterprise data lakes, lakehouse architectures, and cloud analytics platforms.
- Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines supporting structured and unstructured data.
- Lead migration initiatives from legacy platforms to modern cloud ecosystems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and operational excellence.
- Support enterprise BI, reporting, KPI dashboards, and AI/ML initiatives.
What you will need:Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in data warehousing, data engineering, or analytics environments.
- 3+ years of technical leadership or management experience.
- Strong expertise with SQL Server, Oracle, ETL development, and enterprise data modeling.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud data platforms.
- Experience supporting ERP ecosystems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, Workday, or Dynamics.

- Experience implementing scalable analytics and self-service reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric
- Knowledge of Fabric data governance, security, and workspace administration
- Experience supporting AI-enabled analytics and modern data platform initiatives within Microsoft Fabric ecosystem
