Overview

The Data & Analysis team uses data-driven insights to fuel strategic growth for clients. We believe that data should never exist in a vacuum; instead, it should be put to work to bring the best ideas and stories to our clients.

To help with this, we're looking for an outstanding Manager - someone who can lead a team of analysts, provide strategic data-driven recommendations to drive client goals, and collaborate with internal partners to drive cross-functional success. Sound like you? Read on.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, your role includes:
  • Analyzing media performance, uncovering key insights, and presenting strategic, data-driven recommendations across all media channels to optimize client decision-making, media efficiency, and ROI.
  • Collaborating with internal media teams to develop effective marketing strategies, optimizing client budgets and paid media campaigns.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, providing guidance on project delivery and quality, including client reporting, and fostering their professional development and career progression.
  • Serving as a trusted client and internal expert on industry trends and key functional areas such as analytical tools and marketing measurement.
  • Evaluating and identifying new online and offline data opportunities, including emerging sources, innovative technology, strategic partnerships, and evolving client priorities.
  • Fostering creative thinking around innovative data applications to solve unique business challenges across all Marketing activities (Media, Creative, CRM, and eCommerce).

Qualifications

We're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
  • 5-7 years of experience in analytics or strategy with an advertising agency, management consulting company, or ad tech company
  • Experience managing a team
  • Proficiency with BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications
  • Ability to structure and manipulate large data sets to answer business questions
  • Experience with digital media and analytics tools (Ad Servers, Measurement Vendors, BI Software)
  • Understanding of a broad range of online advertising media channels, such as Search, Display OLV, and Social.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis for performance benchmarking, A/B testing, and creative and audience insights.
  • Knowledge of digital data technologies (DMPs, Google Analytics, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, etc.)
  • A four-year college degree; advanced degree is a plus
  • Passion for online advertising and emerging trends in the digital landscape
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL• E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Range: USD $88,540.00 - USD $141,687.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
