Purpose

Customer Insights Data & Analytics (CID&A) is at the forefront of leveraging AI, data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and innovation. The Manager, Data & Analytics Strategy, will play a pivotal role in driving the creation and adoption of our strategy and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives and transformative programs.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Strategic programs and initiatives (50-60%)

  • Support execution and delivery of complex programs and projects, working across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities, deliverables and drive accountability across teams
  • Develop and maintain program monitoring and reporting, including defining key milestones and performance metrics
  • Synthesize findings and present clear recommendations and implementation plans to ensure impactful project outcomes
  • Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of deliverables and overall objectives
  • Support content creation for monthly program Steering Committee meetings, and other Executive Committees


CID&A Strategy (40-50%)

  • Support the development of CID&A strategy content across AI, Data and Analytics
  • Perform strategic and business analysis, identifying key issues and proposing recommendations
  • Translate complex analyses into compelling, executive-ready narratives and PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage multiple workstreams, including leading problem-solving sessions, workshops and interviews with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Contribute to the adoption and operationalization of CID&A strategy, supporting alignment across initiatives and stakeholders
  • Assist with the planning and execution of strategy offsites and leadership working sessions


Education / Experience / Other Information
  • Educational background in business or engineering
  • 3+ years post-undergraduate experience in Corporate Strategy, Consulting or Data & Analytics
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic business environment
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, data analysis and analytical roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment
  • Exceptional presentation and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and possess exceptional PowerPoint skills
  • Highly developed relationship management skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders in a complex matrix environment
  • Strong curiosity to learn with adaptive and creative mindset
