You will partner with Product, Business, Finance, and Technology to define business KPIs, standardize metrics, improve data quality, and deliver insights that drive seller growth, customer experience, and profitability. This role requires strong analytical rigor, end-to-end ownership (from problem framing to measurement to impact tracking), and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Driving Product Strategy: Partner with product managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for product optimization and innovation. Develop data-driven roadmaps to improve product adoption and enhance the customer experience.

  • Driving Business Performance: Analyze marketplace performance across the seller lifecycle (onboarding, fulfillment, availability, customer experience, returns) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities. Quantify impact, size opportunities, and recommend actions that improve key business outcomes (e.g., GMV, margin, conversion, on-time delivery, defect rates).

  • Building Comprehensive Analytics Frameworks: Develop and maintain robust analytics dashboards, AI Agents and reports to track key product and business metrics.

  • Conducting Deep-Dive Analyses: Proactively analyze customer and seller data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product and business strategies.

  • Designing and Implementing Experiments: Develop and execute A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of product initiatives. Utilize statistical techniques to analyze results and draw meaningful conclusions.

  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, business teams, engineers, and UX designers to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Translating Data into Actionable Insights: Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

  • Developing Predictive Models: Utilize machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to forecast trends, predict customer behavior, and identify potential risks and opportunities.

  • Ensuring Data Integrity and Governance: Maintain data quality and consistency by adhering to data governance standards and best practices. Design data models and build pipelines/structure which follow data governance standards and facilitate seamless, timely and fast reporting reducing time to insights.

  • Support Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business review with a focus on actionable insights that influence short, mid-term and long-term strategy.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You have a proven track record of driving business outcomes through analytics (problem framing, KPI definition, measurement, and stakeholder decision support).

  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • You have experience with business performance analytics such as KPI hierarchies, variance analysis (plan vs. actual), cohort/funnel analysis, and forecasting.

  • You are proficient in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.

  • You have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • You are a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are comfortable with ambiguity.

  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • You have a startup mentality: scrappy, creative, drive, and passion to be best-in-class

  • You move fast, with a builder mindset, learning and iterating.

  • You are stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.

  • You are skilled at engaging and communicating with senior leaders both internal and external.
