Manager Data Analytics and Reporting: CHWI
This is a 100% grant-funded position.
The Manager of Data Analytics & Reporting is responsible for supporting the overall improvement and reporting activities of CHWI, including the direct supervision of the analytics team. This role plays a primary part in program improvement (including staff productivity and impact on patient care), compliance with CHW Institute goals and standards, and spearheading performance and quality improvement. The Manager will lead strategies to build and support performance improvement, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex challenges and replicate successes for system-level change.
Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of reception, medical records, billing, and ancillary support teams.
- Develop and monitor departmental budgets while driving new program initiatives and service expansions.
- Ensure facility and materials management meet operational standards.
- Oversee staff administration, including payroll, evaluations, and team development.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and align office practices with Montefiore standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Department of Family Medicine and its residency program to enhance educational and operational outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of three years of related experience in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational, financial, and communication abilities.
- Split between an Acute Care Treatment Unit, Ambulatory Clinic, and Business Office.
- Requires regular travel across multiple clinical sites within the Bronx.
Shift Monday to Friday 0830A – 0500P
Associates are eligible to apply for a lateral transfer after completion of one (1) year of service in their present position, with the following exception: an Associate who has received a written warning is not eligible for a transfer/promotion prior to six (6) months from date of issuance; an Associate who has been suspended is not eligible for transfer/promotion prior to one (1) year from date of suspension. Part-time Associates who have completed their probationary period can move to full-time vacancies within their department provided such movement will not unreasonably reduce the operational efficiency of that department. Probationary period is six (6) months for full-time employees, and four (4) months for part-time employees who work more than 3/5 of the normal workweek.
