The RoleThe Damage Prevention Manager leads and manages all aspects of the company's damage prevention program to protect natural gas transmission and distribution infrastructure from third-party excavation damage.
What You'll Do- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's damage prevention strategy and annual business objectives
- Maintain compliance with applicable One-Call laws, pipeline safety regulations, and company standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Promote safe digging awareness through public education and outreach programs
- Oversee contractor and company workforce performance related to utility locating, line marking, and damage prevention activities
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on safety, customer service, and continuous improvement
About You- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Safety Management, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in utility operations, damage prevention, pipeline operations, construction management, or related field required
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience working with state One-Call systems and utility locating programs preferred
- Experience with contractor management and regulatory compliance programs preferred
- Valid driver's license required

Salary
$164,000 - $192,000 a year
