  • Lead multiple technology projects and cybersecurity initiatives while managing priorities
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering collaboration and growth

Full Job Description
The Manager, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure is responsible for protecting Bath Fitter's information systems and IT infrastructure. This role focuses on reducing risks and threats by leveraging industry best practices, security tools, partners, and technologies, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and requirements. The Manager also oversees the evolution, deployment, and optimization of the IT infrastructure to ensure reliable, high-performing, and secure IT services across the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security, including strong collaboration with leadership teams and regulatory stakeholders
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing enterprise IT security measures
  • Experience with IT compliance assessments, security analysis, and risk management
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and systems related to information security
  • CISSP certification or an equivalent certification is considered a strong asset
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Oversee and continuously enhance the company's cybersecurity program by ensuring the application of industry best practices and standards (NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, etc.)
  • Act as the organization's cybersecurity subject matter expert, including cloud environments, IT infrastructure, and Industry 4.0 (IoT) technologies
  • Conduct security assessments, risk analyses, vulnerability testing, and internal/external audits
  • Develop, update, and communicate cybersecurity policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
  • Manage relationships with external partners and ensure compliance with the company's security requirements
  • Oversee the implementation, optimization, and daily operations of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, telephony, databases, backups, and system updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing IT services that support business needs
  • Lead and coordinate multiple technology projects and cybersecurity initiatives while managing priorities and deadlines
  • Coach, engage, and develop team members by fostering collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement
  • Support employee cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives related to IT security best practices
