Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Customs & Trade Compliance program in the US for the purpose of mitigating risk to the company. (Including classifications, valuations, training program, manuals).
  • Assist in the development and management of the USMCA region customs broker strategy including auditing, performance monitoring, process improvement and service contract negotiation.
  • Support on global processes (e.g. export control processes, Denied Party Screening, etc.).
  • Conduct internal audits / self-assessments at manufacturing plants and corporate offices in the US.
  • Develop, monitor and report on established KPIs and ACE reports.
  • Communication with customs authorities and external service providers


Qualifications:
