What We're Looking For
  • Someone with real cultural curiosity and awareness, especially across food, fashion, music, film, and broader lifestyle trends

  • Experience helping bring culture-led marketing ideas to life across campaign development, content, social / digital extensions, partnerships, activations, and live experiences
  • Comfortable contributing to creative development and helping shape ideas, while also supporting strong execution
  • Intelligent, humble, collaborative, and easy to work with
  • Hard-working, dependable, and willing to put in the work to bring ideas to life
  • Interest in baseball and growing the game
  • Someone who sees the opportunity to bring a brand like MLB into culture in a genuine way while connecting with new audiences
  • Able to work effectively in a large, cross-functional organization

Responsibilities
  • Help develop and manage culture marketing initiatives from development through execution, with a focus on making MLB more relevant to growth audiences and deepening connection with the game
  • Contribute to integrated ideas, briefs, and programs across content, partnerships, activations, and experiences
  • Bring a strong point of view on what is culturally relevant and emerging in the marketplace, while surfacing trends, references, and inspiration that help MLB show up in authentic, meaningful ways
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Social, Digital, Events, Sponsorship, Consumer Products, Media, and Club Marketing to bring ideas to life
  • Support reporting, recaps, and key learnings to help the team understand what is resonating now and where there is opportunity to build over time

Education and Experience
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in culture marketing, integrated marketing, brand partnerships, experiential, entertainment marketing, creator or influencer marketing, or related fields
  • Experience working in sports, entertainment, media, consumer brands, agencies, or other culturally relevant organizations
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs across content, social, digital, events, partnerships, and talent-led activations
  • Strong understanding of how brands participate in culture in ways that feel authentic, impactful, and relevant to audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and deck development
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment
