Position Summary:

Judi Health is seeking a Senior Creative Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our creative function. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced designer who excels at visual storytelling, presentation design, and B2B marketing communications.

The Senior Creative Manager will oversee a small team of designers while remaining deeply involved in the work itself. This role is responsible for transforming complex healthcare, technology, and business concepts into compelling visual experiences that support marketing, sales, product marketing, executive communications, client engagement, and events.

A significant portion of the team's work centers around PowerPoint presentations, sales enablement materials, one-pagers, case studies, conference assets, and other customer-facing collateral. The ideal candidate understands how to create visually compelling materials that not only look great but also communicate a clear story and support business objectives.

In this role, you will need to be equally comfortable building a presentation, reviewing design work, managing stakeholder expectations, organizing project priorities, and mentoring designers. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves position.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Create visually compelling B2B marketing collateral including one-pagers, case studies, product sheets, whitepapers, eBooks, infographics, and sales enablement materials.
  • Develop creative concepts and campaign assets across digital, social, event, content, and demand generation channels.
  • Translate complex healthcare, product, and technology concepts into clear and engaging visual stories.
  • Design event materials including signage, booth graphics, print collateral, promotional materials, and presentation support.
  • Support website updates, landing pages, digital experiences, video editing, and motion graphics projects as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of creative output across the organization.
  • Leverage AI-assisted design tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and creative production.
  • Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development.
  • Manage project workflows and creative resources using Asana and other project management tools.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet established quality standards.
  • Monitor workload, team capacity, and project prioritization to maximize efficiency and output.
  • Ensure consistency across all customer-facing and internal materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand templates, presentation libraries, asset repositories, and creative toolkits.
  • Help scale the organization's creative capabilities through process improvements and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted creative advisor, translating business objectives into effective visual solutions.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8+ years of professional design, creative services, or brand design experience.
  • Experience leading creative projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2-4 years supervisory or team leader experience.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring designers or leading small creative teams.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing presentation design, B2B marketing collateral, visual storytelling, and brand execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Expert-level PowerPoint design capabilities.
  • Experience with Canva, Asana, and collaborative creative workflows.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, branding, and information design.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
