Whats the position?

Our Manager, Corporate Strategy - Hispanic Audience is an integral part of our Corporate Strategy team reporting to the Sr. Director, Corporate Strategy - Hispanic Audience. You will be responsible for:
  • Support the development and ongoing refinement of the Hispanic audience growth strategy - conducting market analysis, surfacing audience insights, and helping drive cross-functional team alignment.
  • Monitor and coordinate execution around the Hispanic calendar (cultural moments, sports tentpoles, property events), and assist in the development and deployment of Spanish-language and bilingual creative assets across activation and media channels.
  • Work in close coordination with the existing Partnerships, Social Media and Influencer teams to support execution of current partnerships while helping identify and develop new ones - including bar/restaurant partners, team and league properties, and community events.
  • Work closely with the existing VIP/Player Development team to identify opportunities to target high-net-worth Hispanic individuals, assist in HSP VIP acquisition through on- and off-property events, and help build a pipeline of bilingual hosting opportunities.
  • Serve as a cross-functional resource across OMNI, Integrated Marketing, Partnerships, Influencer, and VIP/PD teams - helping coordinate, execute, and connect the dots across all HSP workstreams.

Through your previous and gained experience you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Hispanic Corporate Strategy processes, procedures and systems.

This position will be operating from our South Florida headquarters, and is a hybrid role with an expectation of 3 days in-office per week.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, cross-functional relationships, and external partnerships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine connection to Hispanic culture and communities, with knowledge of key sports properties, cultural calendar moments, and audience dynamics across FL and other HRD markets.
