Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Okta Administrator/Developer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our enterprise identity and access management (IAM) strategy using Okta. In addition to technical responsibilities, this role includes managing a team of three developers, providing technical guidance, assigning tasks, and ensuring the successful delivery of IAM solutions and integrations.

What You'll do:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three developers responsible for Okta integrations, workflow automation, and IAM-related tools and ensure adherence to development and security best practices
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues handled by the team
  • Administer, monitor, and support the enterprise Okta environment, including Universal Directory, SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Workflows
  • Enforce and optimize security policies related to authentication, authorization, and user account access
  • Administration and development experiences in other SaaS / Applications such as Slack, Zoom, G-Suite, others highly desirable
  • Implement SCIM integrations and custom app connectors for provisioning
  • Create custom scripts or tools for enhanced IAM functionality and reporting (e.g., using Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript)
  • Partner with Information Security and Compliance teams to ensure identity governance aligns with company policies and industry standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001)

What you bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with 5+ years hands-on Okta administration and development
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading a technical team
  • Deep expertise in Okta technologies: SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Workflows, Universal Directory, API integrations
  • Experience with Okta Workflows or similar low-code automation platforms
  • Proficiency with scripting or programming (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell)
  • Experience with IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt) or PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk)


The US base salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $132,000.00 + variable compensation + benefits.
