Your missionThe Manager of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a pivotal role in driving UiPath's financial strategy and performance with an emphasis on Total Company expense, internal management reporting & equity accounting (stock-based compensation). This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights that support business growth and operational excellence. This position requires the ability to partner with internal stakeholders & work collaboratively with other team members.
What you'll do at UiPath- Support the development and management of comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans, with a focus on expenses, liquidity & stock-based compensation
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, including detailed variance analysis and KPIs
- Analyze financial results to provide actionable insights for continuous performance improvement
- Ensure alignment between financial plans and organizational goals to support growth initiatives
- Support business reviews with key insights and metrics that drive decision-making
- Identify trends and opportunities across functions
- Work closely with FP&A partners who manage relationships with go-to-market, finance, IT, product, and other operations teams
- Support financial initiatives, including process improvements and system enhancements
- Drive standardization and scalability in reporting and planning processes
- Utilize tools such as Excel &Power BI for sophisticated data analysis and visualization
- Present financial performance, forecasts, and key risks/opportunities to executive audiences
What you'll bring to the team- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4-8+ years of FP&A or related financial experience, preferably in high-growth or technology environments
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and problem-solving
- Technical proficiency with advanced Excel skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and projects in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- MBA or CPA certification, preferred
- Experience with Power BI &ERP systems
- Familiarity or experience with Workday Adaptive Insights, or a similar modeling tool
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software business models
- Familiarity with UiPath or other RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Global business experience with comfort working across time zones and cultures
