Our team supports a diverse client base ranging from founder-owned businesses to private equity-backed platforms and large enterprises across industries including manufacturing, business services, consumer, healthcare, and technology. We work closely with CFOs, management teams, and investors on initiatives involving forecasting, capital allocation, transactions, and operational performance.

As a Manager, you will lead the development of financial models and analytical frameworks that inform critical business decisions. You will manage engagements, work directly with client stakeholders, and oversee the delivery of high-quality analyses and outputs. This role requires both strong technical capability and the ability to structure and communicate complex financial information clearly.

  • Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches, including defining key drivers, assumptions, and outputs
  • Evaluate business initiatives and financial alternatives, including capital raises, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and organic growth strategies
  • Support transaction-related engagements through development of pro forma models, analysis of deal structures, and evaluation of stakeholder outcomes
  • Develop and oversee scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, constraints, and key value drivers
  • Support the design and implementation of forecasting processes, budgets, and management reporting frameworks
  • Review and refine financial models, analyses, and client deliverables to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability
  • Manage day-to-day engagement execution, including timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal team members
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders, including participation in meetings with senior management, investors, and lenders
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on modeling, analysis, and professional development

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including the ability to build models from first principles and apply them to real-world business scenarios
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts
  • Experience supporting transactions, capital structure analysis, or investment evaluation is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build, review, and manage complex models
  • Experience with PowerPoint and the ability to develop clear, client-ready presentations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-service environment
  • Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA, MBA) are a plus

The pay rate range for this job position is $59,400 to $236,800.
