The Manager, Corporate Facilities, Environmental, Safety and Compliance will plan, implement, manage and control maintenance activities for all facilities and equipment for Anaheim, Ca. and San Diego, Ca. facilities. Plan, implement, manage and control safety, fire and environment compliance programs. Assure that the official standards, codes and regulations for construction, fire, AQMD, State and Federal OSHA, ADA, and insurance requirements are in place and being followed. Assure that all internal and regulatory regulations are being met by the entire company.
DUTIES:- Responsible for indoctrinating new employees on safety, environmental rules and regulations.
- Responsible for overall safety adherence of operating equipment and facilities.
- Responsible for the implementation and surveillance of accident prevention programs.
- Responsible for the fulfillment and reporting of all legal, regulatory, code and permitting matters pertaining to operating equipment, facilities, and all discharge waste streams in all facilities.
- Collaborate and be responsible for fulfillment and monitoring of the procedures and policies for the ISO-9000 program.
- Responsible for compliance and regulatory surveillance, reporting and representing the company on all EPA, AQMD, ADA, wastewater effluents and fire department, city, state, and building permits.
- Coordinate construction, remodeling and adjustments to the physical layout of the facilities. Notify VP of Operations anytime permits may be required.
- Directly responsible for execution and coordinating safety and hygiene programs.
- Assist in all investigations for accidents, thefts, damage, and safety violations in all facilities.
- Responsible for the establishment and verification of corrective actions for all complaints in safety, hygiene, quality, environment, and scheduling of code enforcement.
- Directly responsible for the internal and external audits for ecology, environmental, safety and enforcement as well as follow-up to the corrective actions mentioned in any audits.
- Directly responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and routine janitorial activities required to make all facilities safe, hygienically clean and uncluttered.
- If applicable, evaluates or reviews performance evaluations for Facilities staff; effectively recommends hiring, promotion, termination, disciplinary, and commendatory actions of all assigned personnel. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Participates and represents department on various committees such as safety and disaster recovery.
- Coordinates and manages outside vendors including the planning of renovation projects insuring that budgets are met and maintained.
- Develops preventative maintenance programs to preserve or increase property value.
- Ability to effectively document department processes and procedures.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE: - Responsible for any other situations that management determines that falls under the responsibility of the: Manager, Corporate Facilities, Environmental, Safety and Compliance.
BUSINESS TRAVEL: Up to 25% or as neededQUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's Degree or 10 years experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Needs to be capable of moving and lifting up to 50 pounds and working in an intense environment, dealing with chemicals, fumes, vibration and noise.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb (stairs/ladders) for facility inspections.
- Ability to travel between Anaheim and San Diego facilities.
PROFICIENCY TEST:An oral or written proficiency test may be required as a part of the candidate evaluation process.
COMPENSATION
The base pay range for this full-time exempt position is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
