What You Will Do:
The
Manager, Corporate Communications and Community Affairs, will manage the Employee and Community Affairs team and drive high-impact internal and external communications. Reporting to Director, Corporate Affairs, this role is responsible for executive and employee communications, employee experiences and events, top employer awards program, intranet and leading communications supports for key initiatives such as fund launches that drive the business drive forward.
Key Accountabilities:
• Lead internal communications strategy, executive messaging and company-wide employee communications
• Own intranet strategy, governance, content and continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience
• Drive top employer awards program in partnership with HR
• Lead organization and execution of exceptional employee experience including company-wide meetings, volunteer experiences and special events
• Support external communications, including media relations, product launches, and key business initiatives
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders and deliver best-in-class communications
• Lead, coach and develop the Employee and Community Affairs team
What We Are Looking For:
• University degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Political Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of communications experience, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry
• Expertise in internal and external communications, media relations, and project management
• Strong stakeholder partnership and people leadership skills
• Ability to deliver clear, engaging, and aligned communications across multiple channels

For this role, your total rewards include:
- Base Salary: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $140,000 to $165,000 based on experience and qualifications
- RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution-no employee matching required.
