Full Job Description
Purpose of Position

Manages control account performance management activities including forecasting governance, financial performance visibility, baseline integrity, EVMS compliance, and workforce coordination across assigned programs and portfolios. Supports operational performance visibility, execution consistency, governance compliance, and organizational decision-making activities.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage forecasting, reporting, baseline governance, schedule coordination, and control account management activities across assigned programs or portfolios.
  • Ensure compliance with EVMS requirements, organizational governance standards, and operational reporting procedures.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, cost and schedule performance trends, EAC integrity, and variance drivers while supporting corrective action activities.
  • Coordinate activities across Program Management, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and executive leadership teams.
  • Support audit readiness, compliance reviews, governance reporting, and operational risk management activities.
  • Manage CAM workload prioritization, forecasting consistency, reporting governance, workforce development, and performance management activities supporting financial visibility, forecast integrity, and organizational objectives.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives supporting forecasting reliability, reporting efficiency, operational visibility, and governance consistency.
  • Support organizational planning, operational prioritization, and leadership decision-making activities.
  • Maintain accountability for financial reporting integrity, operational performance visibility, compliance execution, and sensitive business information.


Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, accounting, operations management, engineering, program management, or related field.
  • Experience in Lieu of Degree: Ten (10) years of directly related experience in control account management, EVMS, forecasting, scheduling, operational performance management, financial planning, or program controls leadership may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.


Minimum Experience

  • 8-12 years of progressively responsible experience in control account management, EVMS, forecasting, scheduling, operational reporting, financial analysis, program controls, or related leadership activities preferred.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Comprehensive knowledge of control account management, EVMS governance, forecasting, schedule integration, and operational reporting practices.
  • Strong leadership, workforce management, and operational coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to manage operational risks, forecasting concerns, staffing priorities, and execution performance activities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional operational coordination and governance activities.
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, EVMS tools, scheduling applications, forecasting systems, and operational reporting platforms.
