Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Manager, Contracts - Shockwave Medical to join our team. The position is FULLY REMOTE and can sit anywhere in the US

Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.
Position Overview

The Manager, Contracts responsible to support revenue generation as it relates to contract streamlining for compliance, storage and renewals. This individual is responsible for the data integrity of contracting terms and reporting. This individual applies knowledge, expertise and strategic insights regarding contract terms and risks to the company as well as creating a sustainable contract lifecycle management process. He/She works with Commercial Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing and external data providers to ensure all contract data is correctly captured and available to other teams as needed.

Essential Job Functions
• Oversee and audit commercial contract data capture ensuring that necessary data is captured in various systems
• Draft, review, and redline commercial contracts, collaborating with legal and business stakeholders to ensure terms are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company objectives
• Manage the GPO/IDN membership process and own the creation of accurate and timely fee reporting
• Identify automation needs and request enhancements to systems housing contract data and recommend additional software that will improve sustainability over time
• Ensure that pricing is accurately recorded and updated in a timely manner and that pricing interfaces are functioning appropriately to the ERP system for order accuracy
• Support all required financial and legal audits on a monthly basis collaborating with finance and legal to steamline process
• Assess and anticipate risk to the business and work with cross functional teams to create adequate processes and documentation to minimize risk
• Create a maintain a repository of vendor information to support the creation of customer requested forms, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in a timely manner
• Lead a team of individuals to accomplish these functions. Develop goals and execute performance review and management processes for the team
• Manage workload and seek additional resources when required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of applicable experience, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
• 3 years experience managing small teams to high performance is required.
• Ability to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve routine problems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of analytic tools and data quality processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Salesforce and Oracle preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$118,000.00 - $203,550.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation -120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
