Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (or 10 years experience in lieu).
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant procurement experience required; 10 years preferred.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Experience in an FDA regulated industry preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and negotiation techniques required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement functions for capital projects and operational materials.
• Facilitate competitive vendor bidding and negotiate final pricing and terms.
• Coordinate legal contract reviews and negotiations with the legal department.
• Finalize contract documents and issue purchase orders to vendors.
• Generate required documentation to meet procurement objectives and support bidding processes.
• Participate in audits related to procurement and capital expenditures.
• Manage procurement processes to ensure system integrity and identify areas for improvement.
