We're seeking a Manager of Construction Engineering to lead construction and facilities projects that support our clinical, financial, and operational goals. This role oversees project teams and contractors, manages budgets and timelines, and helps ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with requirements.

FTE Status: Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8-430pm
Job Description:
Implement programs that accomplish department business objectives. Including, but not limited to creating an infrastructure and systems that support clinical and financial outcomes, patient satisfaction/service and market growth. Provide overall direction and leadership to Project Management personnel, Project Coordinator personnel, Architects, engineers, designers and Contractors. This includes assisting in planning, coordinating, training, delivering and evaluating of services and operations to create and maintain a safe, comfortable, and healing environment for patients, visitors and staff. Must have strong leadership skills and be able to establish work plans, budgets, provide cost estimates, bid jobs and contracts for construction, and to direct and coordinate projects of varying scope to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within time and funding parameters. Coordinate and direct the design, planning, construction and alteration of buildings and other facilities. Provide technical facilities advice and inspect construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Required- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, architecture, business, or degree in related field
Certification/Registration/Licensure: Required- Appropriate state license where applicable. Desired- Six Sigma Certification, Lean Certification, Certification in Project Management, LEED certification, Certified Healthcare Constructor.
Experience: Required- 6 - 7 years of related work experience. Desired- 5 or more years of direct supervisory and/or leadership experience, 2 or more years cross functional work experience/healthcare related experience.
