Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Management experience in high-volume settings.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and TS required; familiarity with ISO 14001 and similar standards is a plus.
• Experience in Tier 1 automotive or 3PL environments preferred.
• Expertise in AIAG Core Tools, including APQP, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and MSA.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Supply Chain Models.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop APQP documents adhering to AIAG standards.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company processes.
• Address and resolve customer quality issues, ensuring satisfaction.
• Supervise quality inspection and testing workers for efficiency and quality.
• Analyze data and specifications to enhance product quality and reliability standards.
• Provide technical and statistical guidance to project teams.
