  • Coordinate with creative and design teams on promotional assets and execute distribution strategies across social, PR, content, email, and executive channels

Content Marketing & Social Media
  • Own Employ's content marketing and organic social media programs, developing and executing editorial strategies that support brand awareness, thought leadership, engagement, and demand generation goals.
  • Manage the content calendar across blogs, social media, executive thought leadership, customer stories, and other key content initiatives, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Communications.
  • Monitor content and social performance, using insights and analytics to optimize strategy, audience growth, engagement, and business impact.

Analyst Relations
  • Coordinate analyst briefings, reporting initiatives, and ongoing engagement with key industry analysts in partnership with Product Marketing and leadership
  • Support the articulation of Employ's positioning and narrative within the HR technology landscape

Executive Communications
  • Support executive visibility initiatives including thought leadership content, bylines, and speaking opportunities
  • Partner with marketing, HR, legal, and product teams to align messaging and maintain consistency across the organization
