This position is remote eligible, but with a preference for candidates based in McLean, VA; Dallas, TX; or Memphis, TN

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Manager, Commercial Product you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Commercial Product team, you will report to the Director, Product Management. You will work on projects including Hilton's Groups, Meetings and Events (GM&E) product family and Business-to-Business (B2B) programs.

What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Understand the detailed needs of customers, suppliers, hotel owners and operators and how these needs fit into the big-picture solution set
  • Create user flows, write detailed user stories, requirements, support wireframe and prototype creation, plus manage backlog
  • Oversee the development of requirements and lead end-to-end user acceptance testing to help deliver new features, integrations, and products
  • Conduct detailed competitive and comparative analysis and ensure the team knows the latest developments in the industry to inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop customer-insight-led recommendations with executive summaries and backup details by requesting and analyzing data from multiple sources. Present customer, market and operational insights to product and business leaders as well as delivery teams, gathering feedback to inform product decisions

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Lead business and technology team discussions for discovery, solutioning and delivery.
  • Collaborate with teams across technology, marketing and loyalty, analytics, sales, and commercial services
  • Work with third-party vendors to support product needs, testing activities, and delivery of enhancements and fixes

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
  • Detailed requirements and product documentation that support new features, integrations and enhancements across Hilton's B2B programs and Groups, Meetings and Events products
  • Insight-led recommendations and presentations that bring together customer feedback, market research and data analysis to support product strategy decisions


What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Five (5) years of professional experience, including one (1) year of Product Management or related experience
  • Experience capturing detailed requirements for complex programs and collaborating with a broad range of partners to deliver successful outcomes
  • Travel up to 20%

It would be useful if you have:
  • Experience in Groups, Meetings and Events or B2B
  • Experience working with third-party vendors
  • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, VS Code and/or Figma
  • Experience in the hospitality industry

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $145,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
