This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA

This is your chance to be part of Marketing team that attracts customers to Hilton through strong storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. As the Manager, Co-brand Acquisition Marketing, you will help drive growth across Hilton's portfolio of co-branded credit cards by leading and executing marketing initiatives that drive new card acquisition. Reporting to the Director of the Co-Brand Marketing team, you will partner with American Express and serve as Hilton's cross-functional leader to deliver integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns and touchpoints that support shared business objectives and portfolio growth.

What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Lead acquisition marketing campaigns and touchpoints across owned and paid channels ensuring alignment with co-brand and enterprise growth objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning and execution, guiding team members and agency partners to deliver high-quality marketing deliverables on time and on strategy.
  • Develop and oversee test-and-learn roadmaps, identifying opportunities to optimize audience targeting, messaging, creative, and channel investments.
  • Analyze channel and campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve cost efficiency, acquisition goals, and overall business results.
  • Own reporting socialization and executive readouts, communicating results, insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support broader co-brand initiatives and enterprise priorities to drive both customer acquisition and long-term Card Member engagement.

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Serve as a marketing partner to Hilton's internal co-brand program team, aligning on acquisition priorities, performance optimization, and business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing teams in developing, executing and optimizing acquisition marketing tactics that drive portfolio growth.
  • Laise with American Express co-brand team to align marketing plans, coordinate dual Amex & Hilton owned initiatives, and ensure legal / compliance approval of all Hilton co-brand activity.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
  • Campaign and creative briefs that guide campaign development across owned, earned, and paid marketing channels.
  • Delivery and execution of all campaign assets with quality assurance oversight.
  • Campaign reporting and performance tracking to ensure achievement of portfolio growth objectives.
  • Test-and-learn frameworks, optimization plans, and performance measurement approaches.
What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Four (4) years of experience in marketing, loyalty, co-brand, financial services, or a related field
  • Proven experience driving data-driven marketing strategies and business results
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
  • This role is based in McLean, VA (onsite)

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
